Scouts Australia – Victorian Branch seeks applications for the position of Chief Commissioner.  

The Chief Commissioner is the Chief Executive Scouter of Victoria responsible for all Scouting activities in the State. It is expected that the Chief Commissioner will provide the direction for the continued development of the Victorian Branch in a manner consistent with its Aims and Principles.

Scouts Victoria has a total membership of 16,000 Youth Members and 4,300 Leaders and adults. Youth membership has grown 24% over the last 7 years and continues to grow. It is financially secure and efficiently managed.

As with all other uniformed positions within Scouts Victoria, the position of Chief Commissioner is of a voluntary nature and the incumbent is not remunerated for the services provided.  Out of pocket expenses, travel etc will be met.
